Nazareth Catholic Primary School is situated in Grovedale, a southern suburb of the city of Geelong, Victoria. The school provides Catholic education for families living in the Grovedale, Marshall, Waurn Ponds and Armstrong Creek communities.

The school was established in 1979 and is situated on 2 hectares. Over the years additional buildings have been added to the refurbished main building. The school now boasts a large multipurpose hall, modern library, spacious indoor/outdoor learning spaces, music/Italian room, adventure playground, a large asphalt play area, vegetable garden, two sandpits, designated quiet place spaces and a sizeable grassed play area.
